This is a great video. I've been coaching with a USL2 team in the United States (3 tiers under the MLS) over the past few years now and its interesting to see the same issues we as a staff go through with our players and field space. I myself have had to sacrifice a paycheck or two because of lack of funding. Its a small price to pay to do what I love and hopefully progress to a full-time coaching position in the future.

34 Started playing again Grew up playing two sports, went with American Football instead. Doing non-league regionals in the US and 7v7's. Its all about mentality and how hard you want to work. If you have some athletic ability that obviously gives you a lot. Just keep working and keep pushing.
